I had such a wonderful experience hiring a hat for my best friend’s wedding. I was wearing a burgundy dress and didn’t know if I would find anything to go with it, but Heleena had so much to choose from and we found just the thing to compliment my outfit beautifully.

The entire process was completely seamless from start to finish. Heleena was so friendly and helpful, there was no pressure and I never felt rushed, I tried on a lot of different colours and styles, sometimes twice just to be sure! Collection and drop-off was so easy, I did need to change my drop-off time last minute, and Heleena was incredibly accommodating and understanding, her flexibility and kindness really stood out.

Loved the hat I hired from Heleena and had so many compliments as it suited my mother of the groom outfit perfectly.  My appointment with Heleena felt very personal and not rushed in any way and her expert advice was invaluable. The whole experience of hiring, collecting and returning the hat was very easy and Heleena is so lovely. Heleena was most helpful in my hat quest….she has a delightful selection of elegant, extravagant, and stunning hats and fascinators in her smart, comfortable studio. She gave me some sage advice- don’t outdo the groom’s and bride’s mothers. I was pleased and relieved to find the perfect match for my frock, smartness of wedding and my ranking in the wedding hierarchy as the bride’s niece. I heartily recommend Feathers and Bows.
